- Real identity required behind any pen name
Content Review
- All writing samples are reviewed before publication
- AI disclosure is standardized and transparent
- Spot-checks for ongoing compliance
- Plagiarism checks on submitted samples
Job Listing Protection
- Every job listing is reviewed before publication
- Minimum pay floor enforced ($0.05/word, $15/hr)
- Scam patterns actively detected and rejected
- Employer verification (email + website check)
- Expired/filled jobs automatically unpublished
