Ananya Krishnan
UX Writer & Content Designer
I write the words inside the product, buttons, error states, empty screens, the onboarding flow that decides whether someone stays. It's small copy that does heavy lifting. I came out of a design background and moved into UX writing about a year ago, so I still think in flows and states rather than pages. I work closely with designers and PMs and I'm comfortable in Figma.

Write the in-product copy for a digital telco app buttons, error states, empty screens, tooltips, and the onboarding flow. Work directly in Figma alongside product designers and PMs, mapping copy to flows and states rather than pages. Maintain a content style guide and run copy reviews before release.
Designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for a Southeast Asian recruitment platform. Increasingly took ownership of interface copy and microcopy within design work, which led to a full move into UX writing.
