I started writing about technology while working at a small digital agency in Pune. Back then, most of my assignments were software tutorials and product descriptions. Over time, I found myself enjoying the research more than the writing, especially when I had to figure out how a tool actually worked before explaining it to someone else. These days, I mainly write SaaS reviews, product comparisons, and detailed guides for software companies. I prefer getting access to a product rather than working entirely from a feature list. There's usually a difference between what the marketing page promises and what someone experiences after signing up. I take on freelance projects involving developer tools, workplace software, AI applications, and business platforms. I'm comfortable with ongoing editorial work, although I generally limit how many clients I work with at once.
