Technical Content Writer

DCKAP is looking for a Technical Content Writer who can explain complex software concepts through clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation.

Your primary responsibility will be developing and improving technical documentation for software products.

The role includes:

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and internal teams to understand software functionality and user requirements.

• Writing clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation for different audiences.

• Reviewing existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Organizing technical information into structured documentation that users can easily understand.

• Maintaining consistency in terminology, formatting, and technical explanations across documentation.

DCKAP is seeking candidates who are comfortable working with technical concepts and communicating them effectively.

• At least 2–3 years of practical experience working with APIs and understanding their functionality.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and explain it in simple language.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good organizational abilities with experience managing priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence in working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle.
• Previous experience in SaaS companies, software businesses, or technology startups.
• Exposure to technical writing, product documentation, or developer-focused content.
• Previous technical documentation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
