About the role
We make tools for people who post online, so we had better be good at posting online. As our Social Media & Content Intern, you will write for our channels, help fill our blog, and test our own tools hard enough to find where they break.
What you'll do
• Write captions, hooks, and copy for SmartPostly's Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Draft and format blog posts on social media strategy, content creation, and AI tools
• Turn blog posts into carousels, threads, and short-form scripts
• Use our tools daily and report what works, what does not, and what is missing
• Research trending formats, hooks, and hashtag behaviour across platforms
• Help schedule, publish, and track basic performance numbers

Requirements
What we're looking for
• You actually use social platforms and can tell a good hook from a lazy one
• Clear, punchy writing. Short attention spans are the whole business here.
• Any samples: a personal account you run, college page, freelance work, or drafts
• Curiosity about what makes content spread
• Based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR, or able to relocate. This is an in-office internship.
• You actually use social platforms and can tell a good hook from a lazy one
