• Research and write informative blog posts covering relevant technology topics, industry developments, and business solutions.

• Develop structured case studies that explain business challenges, the solutions implemented, and their practical outcomes.

• Prepare clear and accurate content that communicates product capabilities, applications, and benefits to potential customers.

• Gather information from credible sources and translate complex technical concepts into understandable content for business and technical audiences.

• Maintain accuracy, readability, and consistency across articles, case studies, and marketing materials.

• Work with team members, incorporate editorial feedback, and revise content efficiently to meet project requirements.

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience, preferably involving B2B or technology-related subjects.
• Strong research abilities and experience working with technical information.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complicated topics clearly.
• Ability to produce informative, well-organized content for professional and technical readers.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making revisions within reasonable timelines.
• Good attention to detail, particularly regarding factual accuracy, writing clarity, and content quality.

Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:

• Knowledge of writing search-optimized articles while maintaining readability and relevance.

• Previous experience producing content related to defence, engineering, or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with specialized business or technology subjects and the ability to communicate them accurately.

This is a full-time, remote position associated with Bear Systems' Delhi NCR operations.

The role focuses on creating credible and informative content for the company's technical and business audiences.

Writers are expected to work independently, conduct reliable research, and improve their content based on editorial feedback.

The selection process includes the following stages:

• Each application is reviewed by a member of the hiring team rather than relying entirely on automated keyword screening.

• Suitable candidates can expect to receive a response within five working days.

• Selected applicants participate in a 90-minute conversation with the team they may work alongside.

• Candidates may be asked to complete a clearly defined practical assignment, compensated at the applicable contract rate.
