Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketer to join our marketing team and support the development of high-quality, research-driven content across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to research complex topics, identify meaningful insights, and transform technical or finance-related information into engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand content.

This position involves creating content for blogs, LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube while maintaining editorial consistency and strong research standards.

We are particularly interested in writers who can explain financial and business concepts with clarity, develop content that resonates with senior business professionals, and continuously improve their work based on audience engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Research and Writing
  • Research assigned topics thoroughly and develop accurate, informative, and well-structured content.
  • Write engaging blog articles, thought leadership pieces, educational content, and other marketing materials.
  • Simplify technical, financial, and business-related subjects without losing important details or accuracy.
  • Identify reliable sources, relevant examples, and supporting information to strengthen content quality.
  • Develop original content that offers meaningful insights rather than repeating commonly available information.
  • Maintain consistency in writing style, messaging, grammar, and editorial quality across all publications.
2. Multi-Platform Content Creation
  • Create content tailored to different channels, including company blogs, LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube.
  • Write informative LinkedIn posts that communicate industry insights and encourage professional engagement.
  • Develop Substack articles that provide detailed perspectives on relevant business and financial topics.
  • Prepare well-organized YouTube scripts that explain complex subjects through clear narratives.
  • Adapt long-form articles into shorter content formats while preserving the main message.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while adjusting content structure and presentation for each platform.
3. Business and Finance Content
  • Research topics related to financial planning, business performance, decision-making, and enterprise operations.
  • Translate detailed financial concepts into accessible content for CFOs, finance leaders, and other business professionals.
  • Understand the challenges faced by business decision-makers and develop content that addresses their information needs.
  • Explore emerging industry developments and identify relevant topics for future content.
  • Ensure financial and technical explanations are accurate, credible, and supported by appropriate research.
4. Content Quality and Publishing
  • Support consistent content publishing without compromising research depth or editorial standards.
  • Review and edit drafts for clarity, structure, factual accuracy, and readability before publication.
  • Work with growth, product, and design teams to develop content aligned with business and audience objectives.
  • Organize writing assignments, manage deadlines, and identify potential publishing delays.
  • Contribute new content ideas and suggest improvements to existing editorial processes.
  • Maintain a high standard of originality, relevance, and usefulness throughout the content production process.
5. Content Performance and Improvement
  • Evaluate published content based on readership, search visibility, sharing, and audience engagement.
  • Identify topics, formats, and writing approaches that generate meaningful audience interest.
  • Use performance observations to improve future content planning and execution.
  • Review underperforming content and recommend improvements to structure, messaging, or relevance.
  • Apply insights from previous publications to develop stronger and more effective content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in content writing, editing, or a related content marketing role.
  • Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and develop insightful content on unfamiliar or complicated topics.
  • Strong understanding of content structure, readability, audience relevance, and editorial consistency.
  • Interest in business, finance, financial technology, or B2B marketing content.
  • Ability to explain technical and financial information clearly to professional audiences.
  • Experience writing long-form articles and adapting content for different digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges, finding solutions, and improving work quality.
  • Willingness to accept feedback, develop new skills, and contribute to a growing marketing team.
Additional Skills That Can Help

The following capabilities would be useful for contributing effectively to the role:

  • Familiarity with SEO principles, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.

  • Understanding of B2B SaaS products, financial software, or business technology.
  • Ability to interpret content performance metrics and translate findings into editorial improvements.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, editorial calendars, and collaborative writing tools.
