Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. WritingZap does not store credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Writer Subscriptions

Free Tier

• No charge, no credit card required
• Includes basic profile, up to 5 portfolio samples, job board access

Pro Tier

• Monthly: $10/month
• Annual: $96/year (save $24)
• Billed automatically at the start of each period

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Access continues through the end of your current billing period
• No cancellation fees
• Your profile and samples remain visible after downgrading to Free (subject to Free tier limits)

Proration

If you switch from monthly to annual billing, we prorate the remaining balance of your current month toward your annual subscription.

Employer Job Listings

Pricing

• Standard listing: $79 (30-day publication)
• Featured listing: $199 (30-day publication with premium visibility)

Refunds

• Rejected listings: Full refund if your listing is rejected during our review process
• Published listings: No refund once a listing is published and live
• Technical issues: Full refund if a technical error prevented your listing from being displayed during its active period

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us at [email protected]. We respond to billing inquiries within 24 business hours.
